Brief history
We began after watching local professional firms lose track of which version of a client file had left the building. Early engagements were short mapping sessions for Overberg practices. Over time the work grew into full secure file-sharing process design: interviews, risk walkthroughs, written procedures, and staff briefings for organisations that move payroll, contracts, and board materials.
How we work
We prefer rooms with whiteboards to slide decks. Custodians explain the real route a file takes; we draw it, challenge weak points, and design a path people can keep under deadline pressure. Technology choices appear only where they support that path — the engagement itself remains advisory and human-delivered.
