Scope of the flagship engagement

We begin with the files that already move every month. Custodians walk us through attachments, shared folders, portable media, and courier envelopes. We capture informal shortcuts as carefully as the official policy, then design a leaner path that still fits the calendar.

Provider

Work is delivered by File Meadowpath (Pty) Ltd practitioners based at 17 Fish Eagle Close, Overstrand. External counsel may be invited when your organisation requires a legal co-review; that sits outside our base fee unless agreed in the brief.

Preparation

Please nominate a sponsor, gather two or three recent transfer examples (redacted if needed), and block interview slots for the people who actually send and receive the files.

Constraints

We design process and accountability. Channel recommendations stay within tools you already own unless you commission a separate selection exercise.
